gardeningは名詞なのでdo the laundry洗濯をする、のように do the を入れましょう。becauseで唐突に文を始めるのはあまり良くないです。It’s because～なら大丈夫です。happyは形容詞なので動詞の後に続けられません。happilyと副詞にしましょう。
Now,にすると、さあ、のような意味になるので最初には置かないほうが良いです。現在お住まいなのは特定の家なので、aではなくtheにしましょう。

犬を飼いたいから一軒家に住みたい、という流れを明確にするために間にbecauseを挟むと良いでしょう。But, は会話では良いですが文章にするときはやめましょう。cost of living in～という表現、良いですね。ただliveの後にinをお忘れなく。３文目は少し複雑な構文ですがちゃんと使えています。

I would rather live in a house because I want to have a dog. However, I think the cost of living in a house is higher than an apartment. It is difficult for me. If I had a lot of money, I would buy a big house with a garden and have many dogs!

女性は子供を産めるのは事実なので、I think はいりません。woman 単数 women複数 be good at～には後に名詞が続きます。hand craftingにしましょう。
